The Tide Stalker is a marsh-dwelling ambush predator adapted for shallow water and silt-heavy terrain. Its elevated thoracic plating protects vital structures while elongated forelimbs assist in stabilizing its weight during slow stalking movements.
Design intent focused on:
• Clear silhouette readability
• Material separation between plated and soft tissue regions
• Functional limb articulation for animation viability
• A grounded biological aesthetic rather than overt fantasy stylization
This concept was developed as a production-style creature sheet, including head study, orthographic views, and a dynamic pose pass to support downstream departments.
I am currently available for creature and character concept work.
